What's different here
Revision & Slayer 225 → 274 → 289 → 295
-
Upgraded to revision 295
Ported by hand from the original 295 cache and client, since LostCity has no 295 branch. Protocol opcodes remapped, 12-bit NPC types, multi-NPCs and loc varps added. Every custom feature carried over through 274, 289 and 295.
-
Slayer skill, fully playable
Slayer masters and their task lists (60 task types), Slayer monsters with categories, drops and level requirements, the Slayer Tower with its doors, stairs and spawns, and the Rellekka Slayer cave. Slayer counts toward total level.

Bug & player reports saved to the database
-
Bug reports
A bug button (left of Friends List on desktop, the empty tab slot on mobile) opens a form that records your exact coordinates with your description. A "My reports" tab lists everything you have sent.
-
Resolved notices
When an admin resolves your report you see "Your bug report has been resolved." right away, or at your next login.
-
Report a player
The Ignore List tab is now a Report button with the same icon. Fields: "Report Player Name" and "What happend?". Your location is saved with the report.
-
Admin review lists
Admins see a list instead of a form. Bug reports can be marked Resolved; player reports can be marked Reviewed and given a written Decision. Admins are told about new reports in chat and about pending ones at login.
Mobile client only at /mobile, desktop stays classic
-
Fills every phone
The game widens to the phone's shape. Full screen hides the touch bar, widens the login screen, keeps the world map, GE and keyboard working, and keeps the screen awake.
-
Bigger touch targets
Larger inventory, stats, combat and every other side tab, bigger GE and XP buttons, and a minimap hide button sized like the world map globe.
-
Chat controls
Centred chat and keyboard buttons, a badge when something new arrives while chat is hidden, and tap a private message to reply.
-
Loot panel
Lists items on the ground nearby; tapping one picks it up and outlines it in red.
-
Quick-cast spell
The last spell you chose appears above the keyboard button so you can cast it again with one tap.
-
Layout tweaks
Skull and Wilderness level beside the compass, area name under the minimap, HP globe at the bottom left, working minimap click-to-walk.
Server operations keeping it running
-
Autosave every 30 seconds
Characters are also saved before every restart.
-
Reboot countdown
"The server is rebooting for an update." in red, then a red countdown each second for 10 seconds.
-
Faster page loads
Pages, client scripts and GE data are compressed: the game client drops from 385 KB to 111 KB. Game data files are left as they were.
